In 2012, Elder Jerry Cheng of HOC6 founded the PAN workplace Bible study group and led it for over 6 years. After this experience, he initiated the ministry of “igniting the workplace with the Gospel” through TLM in 2019. Currently, Jerry also serves as a YouVersion Coach and teaches in various seminary schools.

Sheana Chen is a senior legal executive with over 20 years of experience in international commercial transactions and supply chain, M&A, IP strategies, cross-border dispute resolution, ethics and compliance, enterprise risk management as well as ESG (environmental, social and governance). As a forward-thinking international lawyer, Sheana is passionate about the intersection between law and technology. Sheana currently serves as the General Counsel, Vice President of Diodes Incorporated. Prior to Joining Diodes Incorporated, Sheana was the Vice President, Assistance General Counsel with Texas Instruments. Previously Sheana also serve as the Board member of the Chinese Institute of Engineers/USA-DFW Chapter (CIE). Sheana is also a dual qualified English Solicitor and Barrister and a qualified New York State Attorney. Sheana was a Partner at Baker & McKenzie and has worked in Dallas, Taipei, Shanghai, Singapore and London.

Jimmy Lee is a co-founded of Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc. (ISSI), a semiconductor company. He served as the Chairman and CEO of ISSI for many years and took the company public on NASDAQ. He is now the Executive Vice Chairman at ISSI after the company was acquired by a consortium of Chinese investors in 2015. Mr. Lee has also served as a board director of several semiconductor companies including SMIC, Alpha & Omega Semiconductor, Giantec Semiconductor Inc and Chrontel Inc. Mr. Lee serves an elder at Chinese Church in Christ in San Jose (CCIC-SJ). His ministry in CCIC-SJ includes teaching, preaching, shepherding, mentoring and discipleship training. He also goes to China to speak and teach. He is passionate to help Christians to have a solid spiritual formation and connect their faith and work. Mr. Lee graduated from National Taiwan University and received MS/EE degree from Texas Tech University. He studied in Western Seminary and graduated from Christian Leadership Institute with a Master Degree in Biblical and Theological Study.

William Young has a Ph.D. from Stanford University with interdisciplinary training in Materials Science and Electrical Engineering. He is an innovative problem solver with core competency as an applied physicist. He enjoyed traveling and has worked in companies with different cultures, such as German, American, Chinese, and Taiwanese. William’s current focus is how a Christian can live out an abundant life promised by Jesus. He is very compassionate about how to apply Biblical teaching to real life, or rather, how to use job/life difficulties as “pointers” to grow. Meanwhile, he is pursuing a” Biblical and Theological Study” Master Degree at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Dr. Wu is a serial entrepreneur and coach/advisor for startups and fast growing companies in the areas of innovation, product development, manufacturing, corporate management, governance, and board advisor. Previously he was a serial intrapreneur at Gould and Hughes Aircraft Company. As a result, he received many awards including EO sensor awards, patent awards and prestige DoD Hershel award. During last 20 years, Dr. Wu was the cofounder and/or CEO of four high tech companies including FSC, ACT, UST (acquired by P.E Groups) and GCS (went IPO). Dr. Wu is active in serving communities. He was the founding chairman of southern Ca Monte Jade Association and Global Monte Jade chairman. He is the president of DNT International and Venture Commercial Commerce as well as the executive director of EMBA@Cloud marketplace ministry in Silicon Valley and Venture Partner/CSO of CoinX Group. Dr. Wu graduated from National Tsing Hua University and received MS and Ph.D from University of Illinois. He did postdoctoral research at Argonne National Lab. and attended Stanford executive management institute.

Paul started three semiconductor and storage companies that merged with public companies. He is currently the Founder and CEO of Morro Systems, a start-up in software defined storage. Paul received his B.S. and M.S. EECS from UC Berkeley and is married with four children.

Dr. Chester Wang is a managing partner and co-founder of Acorn Campus Ventures and Acorn Angels. Dr Wang co-founded Pacific Rim Electronics and Pacific Rim Financial Corp. He has co-chaired the New Realty Task Force of San Jose to re-engineer the city’s budget and operations. He taught computer science as a college professor in Saudi Arabia. Dr. Wang has served on the board of Good Samaritan Hospital, International Business Incubators, Joint Venture Silicon Valley, and the American Leadership Forum. Dr. Wang received a B.S. in Physics from Tsinghua University in Taiwan and a PhD in Physics from the University of Oregon.

Peter Hsi received BS degree from Chiao Tong University in Taiwan and MS and PhD degree in EE from Syracuse University. He started his career working for several technology and equipment manufacturing companies. In 1984, he moved to Silicon Valley and joined a startup AOT Corp., a manufacturer of Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) for mixed signal semiconductor as VP of Engineering. The company was later sold to Hewlett Packard in 1991. Peter stayed in HP for a few years and then joined another startup company – RAE Systems Inc. in 1993 as a co-founder. RAE systems design and manufacture wireless gas and radiation sensors for industrial safety market. He served in RAE Systems as VP of Engineering, CTO and Board of Director. In 2013, RAE was acquired by Honeywell International Inc. He is currently the Director of Advanced Development Engineering and senior fellow in Honeywell Analytics Business.

Graduated from National Taiwan University with BSEE, and then MSCS from USC. Worked for Xerox, Cadi, Mentor Graphics. Co-founded Cooper & Chyan Technology (CCT) in 1989. CCT became public (IPO) in 1995. CCT merged with Cadence Design Systems in 1997, David served as VP and Fellow of Cadence until 2008. Served on Board of Sigrity, Inc. and also as a consultant. Sigrity, Inc. was acquired by Cadence in 2012. Currently serving on Boards of China Soul for Christ, Harvest Seminary, Smyrna Resource Center and Agape Renewal Ministry.

Shengming Shan, MSEE and 25-year veteran in Wireless/Communication industry. Most recently he served as Director of Engineering at Qualcomm. He is currently CEO of SWR Technology, a startup he co-founded in 2016. Shengming has passion in leadership development and raising the leader of the next generation. He co-founded I FLY YOUNG, a non-profit organization in Fremont, CA and pioneered Communication & Career Exploration class for 9-11th graders. He also serves as Board Director at Daniel Christian Academy.

Dr. Hui is co-founder of Pericom Semiconductor Corporation. As Chief Technical officer and Senior Vice President of Research and Development at Pericom, he was responsible for leading the technology & product direction of the company and all new product developments. Pericom was a public listed company (1997 – 2015) until its acquisition by Diodes Corporation in Nov 2015. Dr. Hui received his B.S.E.E. from Cornell University, his M.S.E.E. and Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley. Before founding Pericom Semiconductor, he held various technical and managerial positions at Intel, Hewlett Packard and Integrated Device Technology.

Sean worked at Apple, HP Labs and EarLens Corp for 8 years as Program Manager and Engineer across EE, computer science, mechanical engineering, signal processing and acoustics. Interacted with various corporate organizations and passionated in career development, Sean’s devotion is to help marketplace professionals to discover inner competent and equip with proficient knowledge and training to march towards their goal. Sean Zhang graduated from Stanford University with Master Degree in Music Science and Technology, currently owns a small business in silicon valley.

Sam Ma has a BSEE and MS in Engineering Management. Sam has 18 yrs of experience in the server system/platform design area, ranging from various technical roles, program management and engineering management. He is currently the Director of Network & Edge Group in Intel. Sam is very passionate about raising up Christian leaders for marketplace. He is the Bay Area Chair of IBCN (Intel Bible-based Christian Network), Executive Director of @Cloud Marketplace Ministry, Board Member of Silicon Valley Harvest, Marketplace Ministry Lead in Tree of Life Church. In his spare time, Sam loves hiking, fast cars, and spending quality time with his two young sons.

Elaine graduated from Cornell University (B.S.) and Princeton University (M.S.) with Electrical Engineering/Materials Science major. She worked at AT&T and retired as a Director after 33 years of rewarding career. Elaine has be awarded the various titles including Women of Color STEM Career Achievement, Successful Women in Business, Most On-Fire Manager. Currently, Elaine served the leadership positions of the following organizations:

Howard Chen is a stock market veteran with more than 28 years of experience in the US stock market. As the CEO/CIO of Parah Capital, Howard leads the internal research team to monitor, analyze, and forecast the market on a daily basis, and formulating the firm’s investment strategy. Prior to Parah Capital Management, Howard spent 18 years at Charles Schwab’s Global Asia Pacific Services Division, where he rose to the position of Vice President. During his tenure, Schwab’s Investment Advisory assets grew to over $20 billion. Howard is often invited by Chinese-language TV and radio programs to comment on major economic events. He is now also the TV producer of Digital TV 1.9 for three programs. He holds an MBA from Santa Clara University and from Christian Witness Theology Seminary.
